Routes currently run through The Ridges, Shadow Ridge, Armbrust Acres, Bay Shores, Leawood, and Pacific Park in West Omaha. New neighborhoods are added based on demand — if your area isn’t listed, sign up anyway. Areas with the most interest get added first.
Yes — someone needs to be home or leave a way for me to access the house. Depending on the services scheduled, some light prep may be needed ahead of time. For example, the dishwasher should be emptied before a dishwasher service. You’ll always get a heads-up on what to expect before each visit.
Your membership service price never changes. But sometimes during a visit, I’ll discover something bigger — a part that’s too worn for maintenance to help, or a surprise that needs real repair work. When that happens, I’ll let you know exactly what I found, give you an estimate or recommendation, and we’ll figure out the best path forward together. You’re a member, and I treat your home the way I’d treat my own.
I do take on small projects outside of the quarterly plan — bathroom refreshes, whole-house fixture updates, deck work, siding and roofing repairs, drainage, and more. That said, my priority is the quarterly membership service, so I’m selective about how much project work I take on.
