Scheduled & Started

We pick a date that works for both of us. For larger projects, the deposit is 50% to start and 50% on completion. Smaller jobs can be paid in full when finished.

Done Right & Cleaned Up

For specialty work that needs a state license (HVAC, full plumbing, electrical beyond fixture swaps), I bring in trusted licensed partners and coordinate the project end-to-end.

It means you’re getting 20+ years of hands-on experience at a fair, neighbor-friendly price — not bottom-of-the-barrel pricing, but real craftsmanship without the big-crew overhead. I keep my costs low because I work close to home in The Ridges, and I pass that on to my neighbors.

How quickly can you start? +

It depends on the project and the season. For smaller projects, often within a week or two of the estimate. For larger projects (basement finishes, full bath updates), the schedule is built around the scope and the materials lead time. We’ll talk through realistic timelines at the estimate.
